With the White Label solution you run the QR Code manager platform of qrd°by under your own sub domain. You have managed this by connecting your domain name with the IP address of our server.
Due to changes in our cloud infrastructure this IP address (93.185.134.55) will stop working from the 1st July 2014.
If you are not able to create a C-Name record for your root domain, please change the IP address of your A-Record to the new IP address:
92.63.158.120
Using C-Name records have the advantage, that in case the IP address of our Servers will change again you do not have to do anything because the C-Name record will automatically point to the new IP address.
